The Diaper Genie is one of the first diaper pails to hit the market. It is said to replace the enchanted genie lamp, you know the one you rub to wish for a genie to make all of your baby’s diapers disappear. The Diaper Genie may not produce a wish making apparition, but it is said to be a great alternative to your wishful wants for diapers and their odors to vanish.
The Diaper Genie is easy and convenient to use. It has one long continuous plastic bag to hold your child’s “gifts.” You knot the bottom of the bag; push the dirty diaper through the top of the Diaper
Genie and into the bag and… voila, the diaper is gone! Once the diaper is pulled through, the top clamps shut leaving the diaper and stench out of your eye’s (and nose) reach. Once the Diaper Genie is full, you simply cut off the tip of the bag with the enclosed cutters and make a tight knot. Lastly, you open the diaper pail and find that the individually wrapped diapers have formed one big diaper sausage that is ready to be disposed of.
